OREANDA-NEWS. August 04, 2009. Ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Malaysia in Uzbekistan H.E. Abdul Aziz bin Kharun visited National Television and Radio Company of Uzbekistan, reported the press-centre of National Television and Radio Company of Uzbekistan.

Cooperation issues between TV and Radio companies of Uzbekistan and Malaysia were discussed during the meeting.

Ambassador acquainted with the structure and current activities of Company as well as history of establishing and broadcasting development in Uzbekistan.

Parties discussed TV co-production issues and opportunities of exchange of programs devoted to history and culture of two counties as well as upgrade professional skills of creative and technical staff of broadcasting organizations.

Malaysian party noted the contribution of “Uzbekistan-Malaysia” friendship society to strengthen friendly relations between the nations of Malaysia and Uzbekistan.

Parties expressed their satisfaction on meeting and agreed to continue mutually beneficial cooperation in broadcasting.
