OREANDA-NEWS. August 05, 2009. The insurance company ROSNO and the development company MR Group, with participation of the insurance broker "Partner Bureau", have concluded an insurance contract covering the de luxe residential complex "Royal Park" in Sochi. The complex building has been insured for over 940 million roubles, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

The flats, apartments and parking slots of the 16-storey building have been insured against the full set of risks.

Today, the Royal Park is the only de luxe residential complex in Sochi. The building’s total area is 44,000 sq.m. It accommodates open-layout apartments with terraces overlooking the sea or park, with panoramic glazing. The building possesses a well-developed infrastructure — a club restaurant, a reception desk, outdoor and indoor swimming pools, a fitness club, and tennis courts. The upper floors of the complex building accommodate a 3-tier luxury class penthouse. This residential complex also features panoramic elevators and an underground parking lot for 115 car slots, and also a helipad on the building’s roof.
