OREANDA-NEWS. August 04, 2009. An awarding ceremony of the annual contest “Man of Action-2009” took place. Director General of Beltelecom Konstantin Tikar has won the contest in the category “For sustainable and efficient work on the Belarusian market”, reported the press-centre of Beltelecom.

“Beltelecom has been operating on the Belarusian telecommunications market for over 14 years and results of our activity demonstrate that we represent the telecommunications sphere decently and efficiently. I have always valued people able to steer the business by words and deeds, achieving highest results. However I believe that company’s success on the market depends on its team. That is why this award belongs to my colleagues as well” – noted Konstantin Tikar, Beltelecom Director General. His words were reported by Irina Podobed, Deputy Director General for commercial issues, and Sergey Sivodedov, Deputy Director General for technical issues. Konstantin Tikar wasn’t able to attend the event since he was on a business trip at that time.

The contest “Man of Action” is organized by Publishing Group “Delo”, that is holding the event for the fourteenth time. Each year the organizers and branch ministries nominate 12 representatives of Belarusian business who has made considerable contribution to development of the domestic market.
