OREANDA-NEWS. August 04, 2009. Perspectives of development and cooperation of "SUN InBev" and the Perm region government was discussed at the meeting of the new Director of Perm brewery Andrey Khavray and Vice-premier Yury Utkin, reported the press-centre of SUN InBev.

The brewery’s production volume at SUN InBev Perm branch has been increased till 3.5 mln hectoliters as a result of the scaled investment project. For the period of 2000 till 2008 the investments reached 100 mln euros.

SUN InBev plans the further development of Perm brewery, in particular the construction of new infrastructure for the water treatment plants that allow company to decrease the water pollutant discharge.

Besides SUN InBev continues the realization of already started projects”, - noted Andrey Khavray, the Perm branch Director.

There’s been reached the accord of signing the new agreement between SUN InBev and region government. ‘In our new agreement, unlike the signed in 2004 one, the main priorities, more accurate tax, number of employees and wage fund criteria should be set”, - said Vice-premier Yury Utkin.

SUN InBev Perm branch is one the major tax-payer in the region. Annually the brewery assigned around 500 mln rubles in the local budget. Since 2000 the company’s tax payments increased in 8 times.

As the Regional Ореrations Director Peter Zaychenko mentioned, SUN InBev relates its future prospects and development with Perm region. “This statement bases on the convenient geographical location and decreased tax rates 15,5%", - noted Peter Zaychenko.
