OREANDA-NEWS. On 05 August 2009 was announced, that Yuri Atanasov, the chairman of CJSC “CENTRAVIS PRODUCTION UKRAINE” board directors will headed Centravis Ltd.( Cyprus). This decision was made by the board directors in Cyprus. This step according to unanimous decision of Centravis Ltd. board directors will permit to raise a management effectiveness of pipe-production holding due to two positions combining: the chairman of board directors CJSC “CENTRAVIS PRODUCTION UKRAINE” and Centravis Ltd. Nowadays Centravis Ltd controls production companies in Ukraine and trade offices in seven countries in the world.

Sergey Atanasov, a former chairman of Centravis Ltd. board directors who has been working at this position since board directors forming will became the head of Steelcomp Holding (Cyprus) — holding company which owns 100% Centravis Ltd shares. Besides, Sergey Atanasov will keep on working at Centravis Ltd board directors’ membership. Together with Yuri, Sergey Atanasovs, Vasiliy Atanasov, and independent directors Sergey Sokolov (Russian Federation), Petros Livanos (Cyprous) are also members of board directors.
