OREANDA-NEWS. On 04 August 2009 was announced, that Bank “Forum” and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) signed the agreement on a subordinated loan of USD 80 million for JSC Bank “Forum”. Loan maturity date is 10 years.

This transaction will support the capital base of Bank “Forum” resulting in higher bank’s reliability and customers’ confidence.

The signed agreement between JSC Bank “Forum” and EBRD is a part of EBRD’s crisis response in Ukraine, which envisages investments of over €500 million in the recapitalisation of the Ukrainian banking system by the end of 2009.
