Shymkent Munai Onimderi (South Kazakhstan), shares of which are present in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) official list, informed KASE by the official letter that "on July 27, 2009 at the 77th meeting of Shymkent Munai Onimderi Board of Directors it was decided to open Shymkent Munai Onimderi affiliate in Almaty at legal address: Republic of Kazakhstan, Almaty, Bostabdykskiy district, Al-Farabi Ave., the Nurly Tau  Business center, block 2, office 303, approved Regulations on Affiliate. Askar Kulumbaev was assigned as the affiliate director", reported the press-centre of KASE.
