OREANDA-NEWS. On July 31, 2009 Southern Telecommunications Company (“UTK”) (RTS: KUBN, KUBNP; MICEX: UTEL, UTELP; ADR OTC: STJSY, KUE FRA)], the principal fixed-line telecommunications provider for Russia’s Southern Federal District reported that the Board of Directors of the Company adopted a decision to approve the following composition of UTK’s Management Board 8 persons in number and to determine its term of office from August 1, 2009 till August 2, 2010 (Minutes  № 3 of July 31, 2009), reported the press-centre of UTK:

1. Stanislav Petrovich Borodin - Deputy Director General - Director for Information Technologies of "UTK" PJSC.

2. Ruslan Magometovich Bulguchev – Deputy Director General – Director of the Stavropol branch of "UTK" PJSC.

3. Vyacheslav Yevgenievich Kozelsky – Deputy Director General – Director for Economics and Finance of "UTK" PJSC.

4. Vladimir Nickolaevich Petrenko – Deputy Director General - Technical Director of "UTK" PJSC.

5. Alexander Petrovich Plotnikov – Deputy Director General – Director for Security and Secrecy Regime of "UTK" PJSC.

6. Tatiana Viktorovna Rusinova - Chief Accountant of "UTK" PJSC.

7. Ruslan Sultanovich Tanashev – Deputy Director General - Commercial Director of "UTK" PJSC.

8. General Director of "UTK" PJSC Alexander Petrovich Shipulin acts as the Chairman of the Management Board from 9 June 2009.
