OREANDA-NEWS. August 3, 2009. Presentation of the BusinessNavigator® transport monitoring and control system took place in M2M telematica`s regional center in the Urals. Issues related to status and evolution of the global navigation systems were discussed, with special attention to the Russian GLONASS.

BN-City® operations were presented to the participants. The system is intended for transport and cargo monitoring with low expences.

Special interest was expressed towards application of the GLONASS technologies for driver monitoring, preventing abuse, such as unauthorized fuel drain, personal use of office automobiles, etc.

M2M also presented its terminals M2M-Cyber GLX (GSM/ГЛОНАСС/GPS) and M2M-Cyber GX (GSM/GPS) to be installed on the transport.
