According to the extract:

- the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C53630014 is 4,125.000 units, preferred shares KZ1P53630110 - 1,375,000 units;

- 681,300 common shares are offered, preferred shares were not offered;

- the sole person, holding the company shares in the quantity of five and more percent is Astana-finance, which owns all company offered shares.
