OREANDA-NEWS. July 29, 2009. According to decision of annual general meeting of shareholders of CJSC Saint-Petersburg International Commodity Exchange, FBK was assigned to be the exchange’s auditor for 2009, reported the press-centre of FBK.

CJSC Saint-Petersburg International Commodity Exchange was established in 2008. Among its founders are the major companies of Russia – “Gazprom-Neft”, “Rosneft”, “Surgutneftegaz”, “Sovkomflot”, Russian Railways, VTB, “Sberbank” and “Gazprombank”.
