OREANDA-NEWS. On 29 July 2009 was announced, that the Board of Directors of Sibirtelecom OJSC made a decision concerning the question “Determination of the Term of Powers and the Total Number of Members of the Management Board, Appointment of Its Members.

To determine the term of powers of the Management Board from August 11, 2009 to August 10, 2010 (inclusively).

To define the size of the Management Board equal to eleven persons.

To appoint the following individuals to be Members of the Management Board:

- Belenky Valery Grigoryevich, Commercial Director;

- Borzenko Ivan Ivanovich, Deputy General Director – Security Director;

- Grib Anatoly Viktorovich, Technical Director;

- Dirks Yakov Ivanovich, Director of Project Management;

- Ivanov Sergey Mikhaylovich, Deputy General Director – Director of the Krasnoyarsk branch of Sibirtelecom OJSC;

- Mokhov Aleksey Anatolyevich, Adviser of General Director;

- Snytko Irina Alexandrovna, Director of Personnel Management;

- Khvoshchinskaya Galina Ivanovna, Chief Accountant;

- Shalnev Evgeny Viktorovich, Director of Information Technology;

- Sheifer Alexander Andreyevich, First Deputy General Director- Director for Economy and Finance.

General Director Dadykin Ivan Vitalyevich is appointed Chairman of the Management Board in accordance with the Federal Law “On Joint-Stock Companies”.
