OREANDA-NEWS. July 27, 2009. Sorainen  Belarus office  acted as legal counsel for the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in  connection with a USD 30 million loan to Belgazprombank, reported the press-centre of Sorainen.

The loan was the fifth loan extended directly by the EBRD to Belgazprombank for the purposes of supporting and developing its target customer segment: micro, small, and medium businesses.

The Sorainen team was led by partners Toomas Prangli and Kiryl Apanasevich.
