BSGV Informs on Telephone Frauds
OREANDA-NEWS. July 27, 2009. In view of increased number of fraud attempts aimed at obtaining clients’ confidential data by phone, BSGV kindly reminds you that in our communication with clients (when BSGV calls to the customer) we never ask to provide the bank with such information as passport ID, bank account requisites, employer’s details, card number, card expiry date, CVV2/CVC2 (last 3 digits on the signature panel), cardholder’s name or PIN-code of the card, reported the press-centre of BSGV.
So we advise you not to disclose any personal data by phone and if you face this case don’t hesitate to inform the bank about it via BSGV Call Centre telephone:
