On 28 July 2009 was announced, that representatives of Directorates of Industrial-Production Zones, Directorate of Technology-Innovative Zones, Directorate of State Administration, directorate of foreign relations of Central apparatus of RusSEZ and representatives of Territorial Department for. Moscow (Zelenograd), responsible for development work and SEZ functioning, took part in a regular training phase in China, passing within frameworks of ShOS, dedicated to exchange of experience in construction of special economic region and economic frontier (SEZ ).

Tyanjtszinya TEDAi TIANJINBINHAI, within frameworks of, visiting of which representatives of these zones have been presented presentation with conceptions explanation and development principles of zones. The delegation has been acquainted with experience in construction, development and directorate above mentioned SEZ.

The delegation visited the special economic areas of PUDONG, as well as the zone of economic and technological development of ZHANGJIANGHI-TechPark (Shanghai). Heads and representatives of these zones presentation for creation and development of SEZ types data has been presented, the principle governmental structures actions, responsible for infrastructure construction in the SEZ territory, mobilization of investment in the country - planning and realization of the strategy for Shanghai conversion in most attractive the centre for business and investments in the industry, the development of new technologies and the international services, required on global markets was unveiled; coordination of work of agencies and departments with the aim to develop labour, intellectual, financial and cultural resources, assisting transnational and local companies in fields of production of new products and means of production.

Within frameworks of the action the representatives of RusSEZ held a presentation of special economic zones of the Russian Federation - <special economic zone: new opportunity for investments in the Russian Federation.
