OREANDA-NEWS. On 27 July 2009 was announced, that in the second quarter of 2009, the branch of Ingosstrakh IJSC in Nizhny Novgorod settled 3 107 insured events of different types to the total amount of RUB  125.6mln, of them  2 476 – voluntary motor hull insurance.

Total compensations paid under motor hull insurance amounted to RUB 105.8mln, of them RUB 68.5mln was paid to private persons (2 113 insured events) and RUB 37.3mln - to legal entities (363 insured events). Among large payments under motor hull insurance there were the following:

RUB 1.5mln for total loss of  Toyota Land Cruiser Prado120;

RUB 1.3mln for total loss of  Honda Legend;

RUB 1.06mln for total loss of  Toyota Land Cruiser;

RUB 947.3k for Infiniti FX 35 damaged in a traffic accident.

All these vehicles were insured under motor hull insurance programs against the risks of theft and damage.
