OREANDA-NEWS. On 27 July 2009 was announced, that "Concern Khlibprom" will not change the interest rate of "D" series bonds and leaves it for 13—16 percent periods at the level of 17% per annum.

For the 12th percent period "Concern Khlibprom" will pay incomes in total amount of 889 980 ths. UAH to the owners of its series D bonds.

Parameters of bonds issue: inscribed interest bonds, with nominal value of 1000 UAH each, issued in quantity of 50 000 items for total amount of 50 000 000,00 UAH. The term of turnover is 1 820 days with possibility of early redemption every 364 days and payment of interest income every 91 day

"D" series bonds registered by Securities and Stock Market State Comission on the August 4, 2006 under number 466/2/06-Т. Bonds of OJSC "Concern Khlibprom" were assigned for the international code130065AC03 by national depository.
