OREANDA-NEWS. July 27, 2009. ROSNO’s Nizhny Novgorod branch has concluded three real estate insurance contracts with a private individual for the total amount exceeding 44 mln. roubles, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

One of the contracts provides coverage of a cottage house located in the Balakhninsky district of the Nizhny Novgorod Region. The insurance protection has been provided under the Citadel program for one year, for 21,002,224 roubles.

The insurance coverage includes protection of structural elements, furnishing and plumbing systems against the following risks: fire, lightning stroke, explosion, aircraft impact, flood ((including the same due to malfunctioning washing machines or dishwashers; infliction of mechanical damage to aquarium or breakdown of its life-support systems); burglary, robbery, brigandage, unlawful third-party actions, glass breakage, natural disasters, falling trees and poles, collision with transport vehicles, rescue-related expenses and cleaning-up expenses of up to 10% of the amount of damage; costs of relocation and protection of up to 10% of the amount of damage; freezing technical liquids.

Previously, the insurance protection was provided for the apartment in Nizhny Novgorod and one more cottage house in the Nizhny Novgorod Region, for the total amount of over 23 million roubles.
