The company continuously fights against the negative situations. In this context, Baku Local Economic Court N-2 has recently looked on the claim of “Garadagh Cement” OJSC against “A.M. Emal Senaye” LTD for illegal copying of product brands/designs.

According to the claim, “A.M. Emal Senaye” LTD used in own production bags the design of “Garadagh Cement” Spesial brand cement bags. The case was closed by judge Miminat Hajibeyova on may 27, 2009. According to the court decision, the fact of illegal copying of “Garadagh Cement” product brands/designs in “A.M.Emal Sənaye” LTD’s cement bags, was confirmed and it was forbidden to “A.M.Emal Sənaye” LTD to further use or copy “Garadagh Cement” product brands.

“Garadagh Cement” OJSC will further fight against such illegal cases.
