OREANDA-NEWS. July 23, 2009. Director General of Rosatom State Nuclear Energy Corporation Sergey Kiriyenko is paying a working visit to Rostov region. He has arrived at Volgodonsk Nuclear Power Plant so as to inspect the construction of the 2nd unit.

The installation work is over, the quality of the installed equipment has been checked up, all the tests have been successful. Now the personnel is beginning the start-up program – the final stage of the project.
