OREANDA-NEWS. July 23, 2009. Six dispatchers started duty who passed exams in the branches and in the permanent commission of JSC "Grid Company", were interviewed in the branch JSC "SO UES" of RDU of the power system of Republic of Tatarstan. Taking into account the significance of this division operation, the Company management employed the experienced professionals with big practical expertise of operative work. For example, the duty dispatcher Dmitri Kukushkin has been working in the Tatarstan power system since 1991. He began as electrician, worked as dispatcher of REN, senior dispatcher. Evgeni Romanov has almost the same labor biography, the power engineering specialist with the ten –year employment record. The big experience of work in ODG and ODS have the dispatchers Rustem Halilov, Alexander Tuganov, Dinar Arslanov and Lidia Islentieva.

CNC started day-and-night duty regime after the year since its founding. It was founded for improving the system of control over the distribution electrical network complex of RT and regulating the relationship between the attending personnel of the company and the newly-founded allied subjects in the period of power engineering reforming, implementing the functions transferred from the branch JSC "SО UES" of the Regional Dispatch Office of the power system of Republic of Tatarstan (RDU of Tatarstan) and control over the work of attending and attending and repair personnel of the branches of JSC "Grid Company".

The tasks put on the CNC are fulfilled in several stages. So far it fulfills the non-operable informational functions.

No the CNC task is to execute the operational functions – operative control over the 6-10-35–110 kV grids. For this in the premise of JSC "Grid Company" will be established the dispatch station. In the present the creating of engineering capacities of operative control is under way pursuant to the project of technical actions.

Center of Networks Control operating to the full extent would allow the JSC "Grid Company" to better coordinate and control the operation of the electrical facilities of RT, trace its load in real time, respond fast to occurring emergencies and cooperate with the other subjects of the power engineering industry as part of the single power system.
