OREANDA-NEWS. July 22, 2009. Kazakhstan Kagazy (Almaty region, hereinafter – the company), bonds of which are present in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) official list, informed KASE by the official letter that on July 14, 2009, Kazakhstan Kagazy sole shareholder decided the following, reported the press-centre of KASE:

- to early terminate authorities of Board of Directors members S. Dikhanbaeva   and M. Arip from July 14, 2009;

- to elect new Board of Directors members T. Kogutyuk and F. Valitova;

- to approve the following Board of Directors composition: F. Valitov, T. Kogutyuk, B. Zhunus, A. Baidildaev (independent director), M. Sypataeva (independent director).
