OREANDA-NEWS. July 22, 2009. Stroyindustria PSK, Pte., did not transfer 36,330.750 rubles in funds to Sviaz-Bank’s account for payment of coupon interest on its Series 01 bonds. This is a technical default. Sviaz-Bank is the paying agent of the company’s Series 01 bond issue, reported the press-centre of Sviaz-Bank.

Stroyindustria PSK, Pte., floated its first issue of three-year bonds on July 10, 2008, to raise 1 billion rubles. The first to third coupons pay an interest of 14.5 % per annum, or 72 rubles 30 kopecks per bond.
