Thanking the Turkmen leader for the opportunity o a personal meting the guest conveyed the heartfelt greetings of President of the Republic of Turkey Abdullah Gul and Prime Minister Recep Tayip Erdogan to Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov. Congratulating the President of Turkmenistan on the national holiday – Day of Healthcare and Medical Industry Workers celebrated in the country for the first time Mr. Ahmet Chalik thanked Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov for the honour to attend the ceremony of opening the International Centre of the Diseases of the Head and Neck and laying the foundation stone of the Eye Disease Centre.

Greeting the guest and thanking for the congratulations Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov expressed the best greetings to the leadership and people of friendly Turkey. The President said that today bilateral cooperation had been intensified through the active operation of the Turkmen companies on the rapidly developing Turkmen market. During the meeting the CEO of the Turkish company expressed sincere gratitude to the Turkmen leader for the confidence granted to the company and an opportunity to contribute to implementing the large-scale programmes including the Health National Programme. The guest said that the Turkish designers and architects had followed the Turkmen leader’s instructions and suggestions to design the International Centre of the Diseases of the Head and Neck.

Then the guest informed the President of the progress in construction of the facilities in Turkmenistan and assures the Turkmen leader that the company would meet the contract obligations.

Instructing the CEO of the Turkish company to accelerate the pace of construction and ensure the high quality of construction work Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov expressed belief that the future ophthalmology centre would be a bright example of effective mutually advantageous cooperation.
