OREANDA-NEWS. On 22 July 2009 was announced, that TMM Company and Sport Life group of companies signed a strategic partnership agreement regarding the development of a chain of fitness centers as part of the infrastructure in the TMM's residential projects.

According to the agreement, Sport Life is to operate a fitness center in the Triumph residential complex (59 Zverinetskaya st, Kyiv) put into operation in June 2008. The total investment of TMM into the fitness club as part of the infrastructure of the complex amounted to around USD 10 million.

The opening of Sport Life Triumph De Lux fitness center is scheduled for 15 November 2009.

TMM is also intending to attract Sport Life for operating a fitness center in another completed residential project – Atoll complex in Kharkiv as well as in projects currently being under construction which include the premises for a fitness center – Aviator (Komarova ave., Kyiv ) and Sonyachna Brama (Lomonosova st., Kyiv) complexes. Putting Aviator complex and 1st stage of Sonyachna Brama complex into operation is planned for 2009.

Sport Life will also be attracted to operate a fitness center in TMM's premium-class residential complex on Laboratorny lane, Kyiv. TMM already has all the permits for the construction to be started.

Beside that TMM and Sport Life are also considering the possibility of opening fitness clubs in those TMM's projects which are currently at the stage of development. This would improve the infrastructure of the projects and provide a maximum amount of services to the residents.

As part of the long-term partnership Sport Life group is intended to attract TMM to realize its future projects – the fitness club project in Protasov Yar (Kyiv) in particular.
