OREANDA-NEWS. On 21 July 2009 was announced, that TransCreditBank has paid the income under bonds of a series 03 (the state registration number of release - 40302142B from 21.03.08) for the second coupon period. The size of the income - of RUR249,05 mln, RUR49,81 on 1 bond.

TransCreditBank made a public offering of its 3 year’s series 03 bond at MICEX. The total size of the deal is RUR 5 bn. The issue carries a semiannual coupon. Upon review of the bids the issuer set the rate for coupons 1-3 at annual 9.99 %. Rates of coupon 4 and further coupons will be set by the issuer in accordance with terms and procedures established by the Resolution on the Bond Issue.
