A sharp decline in indicators of bank`s liquidity, for which maintenance the bank had to attract loans from the National Bank of Ukraine.
High concentrations of the resource base by primary lenders, which constrains bank`s financial flexibility and raises the liquidity risks.
The bank`s risk management system requires enhancements.
