Insurance Company Kommesk - Omir (Almaty, hereafter - the company), shares of which are listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), notified KASE the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders will be held August 14, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. with the following agenda, reported the press-centre of KASE:

- election of a member of the Board of Directors;

- determination of size and terms of payment of remuneration to members of the Board of Directors;

- making changes and additions to the corporate governance code.
