OREANDA-NEWS. On 20 July 2009 was announced, that the meeting of the Board of Directors of Open Joint Stock Company “Irkutsk Electric Gird Company” (JSC “IEGC”) took place in Irkutsk. The issues of the Company’s activity were discussed there. The following decisions were taken at the end of the meeting.

- To elect Vladimir Mikhailovich Azbukin (Deputy Minister of Power of the Russian Federation) as   JSC “IEGC” Board of Directors Chairman.

- To elect Ruslan Anatolievich Yakovlev (Legal Issues Director of JSC “EvroSibEnergo”) as the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of JSC “Irkutsk power grids”.

- To assign Alexander Sergeevich Shmagelskiy (Secretary of the Board of Directros of JSC “Irkutsk Electric Grids”) as Secretary of the Board of Directors of  JSC “IEGC”.

- To elect the Management Board of JSC “IEGK” in the following structure: B.N.Karatayev - JSC “IEGC” General Director; A.U. Khvostov – Economy and Finances JSC “IEGC” Director, T.I. Bakotin – Chief Accountant of JSC “IEGC”, A.N. Martynov Power Transmission Director – Chief Engineer of JSC “IEGC”; V.G. Silin – Safety and Regime JSC “IEGK” Director.

- Approve the organizational structure of JSC “IEGC” for 2009.

- To approve the report in the results of the securities issue – ordinary registered non-documented shares of JSC “IEGC” in the amount of 4,682,842,177 (four billion six hundred and eighty two million eight hundred and forty two thousand one hundred and seventy seven pieces) with the par value of RUR 4 (Rubles) 45 (forty five) kopecks each placed by means of exchange for 4,682,842,177 (four billion six hundred and eighty two million eight hundred and forty two thousand one hundred and seventy seven) ordinary registered shares of JSC “IEGC” with the par value of  RUR 4 (Rubles) 45 (forty five) kopecks each, 100% of the share in the authorized capital of LLC “IEGC” with the par value RUR 20,838,647,698 (twenty billion eight hundred and thirty eight million six hundred and forty seven thousand six hundred and ninety eight) Rubles belonging to the sole participant – JSC “Irkutsk Electric Grids” on the basis of the decision on organization of the Limited Liability Cmpany “Irkutsk Electric Grid Company” in the form of reorganization into JSC “IEGC”, on the order and conditions of reorganization, on the order of exchange of the share of the Company’ participants for the shares of the joint stock company, on approval of the charter of the created JSC “IEGC”, on approval of the transfer act taken by the sole participant of JSC “IEGC” on April 27, 2009;

- To create the Technological connection committee under the Board of Directors of Open Joint Stock Company “Irkutsk Electric Grid Company” and determine the qualitative structure of the Technological connection committee under the Board of Directors of Open Joint Stock Company “Irkutsk Electric Grid Company”.

- To elect the Technological connection committee under the Board of Directors of the Open Joint Stock Company “Irkutsk Electric Grid Company” in the following structure: B.M. Rosenraukh - JSC Irkutskenergo Strategy and Development Deputy General Director, E.A. Novikov – JSC Irkutskenergo Chief Engineer  - Power Production Deputy General Director, M.M. Kulikov JSC “EvroSibEnergo” Strategic Planning and Investments Director, G.T. Gogoladze  - Chief Consultant of the Department for the Electric Power Development of Tariffs, Infrastructure Reforms and Power Productivity State Regulation Department    of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation. K.M. Likhov  - consultant of the Department of Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation; E.B. Yarotskiy – Head of Irkutsk Regional Department  “SUPPORTS OF RUSSIA”; A.N. Martynov – Technical Director of Open Joint Stock Company “Irkutsk Electric Grid Company”.
