OREANDA-NEWS. On 20 July 2009 was announced, that Oranta signed a sales contract for buying a 395-square-meter office space for its Dnepropetrovsk Regional Directorate. The office is located in downtown Dnepropetrovsk, at the corner of Dzerzhinskogo Street and Karl Marks Avenue.

Last year, the office space was repaired and decorated in Oranta’s corporate style. The personnel of the directorate moved to the new office in December 2008. All administrative units, Corporate Clients Department and Department of Retail Insurance are located in the building.

The purchase of the new office space for Oranta’s Dnepropetrovsk Regional Directorate is of great significance for the company. This is a proof of Oranta’s stability and solvency, especially now when the market conditions are not that favorable for the company. Oranta’s sustainable development is positive for the entire insurance market since the issue of people's trust in insurance companies is very crucial for the development of the industry.

According to Ms. Elena Bolotova, the Chairperson of Oranta's Board, the decision to buy an office space at the time of economic instability in the country is a well thought-out step in the company’s development strategy for 2009. Nowadays Oranta optimizes and reorganizes its regional network. At the same time the company's management focuses on the development of representative offices in regional centers. The transfer to a new level of quality in office buildings continues to reinforce the company's policy regarding service and customer service that was established in 2007.

 “As one of the most economically developed and promising regions, Dnepropetrovsk is of special interest for us. Despite a difficult economic situation in the country, we continue expanding in this region, and the purchase of the new office space is a part of this process. We deem this new building of ours as an investment asset," Ms. Elena Bolotova says.

Investing in the purchase of real estate for the development of the company's regional network is a result of the decision about the increase of the statutory fund that was made at the shareholders' meeting on April 17, 2009. As it was stated at the meeting, the money collected during the additional emission will be first of all allocated for the development of Oranta's regional network and sales support.

As a reminder, the inauguration and blessing of the new office of Oranta’s Dnepropetrovsk Regional Directorate were held on December 19, 2008. The Chairperson of Oranta's Board, Ms. Elena Bolotova, the Director of Dnepropetrovsk Regional Directorate, Mr. Alexander Fedorov, the Deputy Mayor of Dnepropetrovsk, Ms. Irina Zayzeva, the Head of Territorial Administration of the State Committee for Regulation of Financial Services Market, Mr. Viktor Kudlay, and Archpriest Georgiy Zakharchenko took part in the inauguration. Among guests of the event were representatives of partner banks, automobile sales centers, VIP clients, personnel of the directorate, and mass media.
