OREANDA-NEWS. On 20 July 2009 was announced, that the branch of Ingosstrakh IJSC in Volgograd and OOO VOLMA signed an insurance contract that covers the equipment for manufacturing of construction materials. The insured amount is RUR 112mln.

The insurance policy covers such risks as fire, stroke of lightning, gas explosion, natural disasters, damage by water, theft, illegal acts by third parties, fall of manned aircraft and its wreckage, collision with vehicles.

A number of insurance companies of the federal level also took part in the tender.

 “In the time of crisis and economic instability, for production enterprises the policy is a real instrument of protection of their interests and property, as well as the guarantee of compensation for possible losses and minimization of additional financial burden”, said Denis Borisov, Director of the branch of Ingosstrakh IJSC in Volgograd. Therefore, insurance can be regarded as another facilitator of business development in the situation of crisis”.
