On 17 July 2009 was announced, that As of July 16, 2009 quotation of ordinary stocks of Promsintez (RTS Board ticker – prsn) will be resumed on RTS Board, due to the information on state registration of the report on the results of the issuance of ordinary stocks (state registration number 1-03-00534-Е as of May 21, 2009) placed by conversion after stock split. Previously there were 19,750 stocks with a par value of 9,800 roubles. Currently there are 19,355,000 stocks with a new par value of 10 roubles.
