OREANDA-NEWS. July 16, 2009. The Bank of Moscow fully issued the 13th emission of shares. The issue of the shares by the preemptive right completed on July 10, 2009, by public subscription – on July 15, 2009.

Generally, 21,008,403 shares in the value of RUR952 have been issued within the framework of the emission. The volume of the issue was some RUR20 bln.

The additional issue of shares has been registered by the Bank of Russia on May 8, 2009. The issue has the state registration number 10102748В012D.
