OREANDA-NEWS. On 16 July 2009 was announced, that three days seminar-meeting of personnel services and labour and wages departments managers of JSC “Far Eastern Generating Company” (JSC “FEGC”) had finished. It has been arranged by energy company for the first time. There are 50 persons, representatives of all territorial branches and divisiomns of the energy company, have taken part in the work of seminar, take place during June 22-24.

As the lector at the seminar there have been invited the research officer of the labour law and social maintenance department of the Institute of law and comparative legislature attached to the Government of RF Marina BOCHARNIKOVA, chief labour inspector of the State labour inspectorate in Khabarovsk krai Nikolay SAMOILOV and assistant professor of Khabarovsk Academy of Economy and Law Elena BAKSHEYEVA. They are helping the energy employees to make clear in the delicacies of current Russian labour law and a raw of other aspects of personnel management activity.

Opening the seminar-meeting, the Deputy General Director of JSC “FEGC” Yevgeny YUDIN has noted, that there is sense waiting for easy life to the employees of social and labour relations services of the energy company, because of still different changes in undergo in energy sector in the Far East and in entire Russia. In this connection ther specialists of personnel management should always increasing efficiency of their activity. On its quality there are depended on around 17 thousand people, working now in JSC “FEGC”.

At the seminar there were considered entire spectrum of tasks, which daily are resolved the personnel management services of the JSC “FEGC”. The auditors are disclosed the typical comments to its work, detected as a result of inspections, explained the basic mistakes while contracting and issue orders in personnel, pointed out the order of remedy the comments and outlay the actions for prevention mistakes in future.

Participants have discussed the practice of application and correlation of acts on labour of the Soviet Union times, are in force even nowadays, with Labour Code of RF and other modern acts. They have considered the peculiarities of personnel record keeping at the divisions of the energy company. Jointly with service of economy security of the JSC “FEGC” they have discussed the personnel personal data protection.

All the participants are considered the seminar as extremely useful. It has given the answers for a plenty of questions appearing during current activity, resolve which will be very difficult without consulting with single-functioned expert. There is very valuable the exchange of experience, accumulating at each of the divisions of JSC “FEGC”, which number is over twenty.

We noted that all materials of the first seminar for specialists in personnel management of JSC “FEGC” have been recorded on electronic carrier. There is been compiled a reference book, which has been handed over to every participant of the seminar. Its contents is fully adapted to their practical activity. The disk is being refined during entire three days seminar, updating information sounded by the lecturers and speech holders and have been accepted by the participants as interesting and useful for improving the personnel management in the JSWC “Far Eastern Generating Company”.
