OREANDA-NEWS. On 16 July 2009 was announced, that Evgeniy Dod, President of JSC INTER RAO UES had been appointed the Chair of the Board of Directors of OGK-1.

The decision was issued at the first meeting of the new Board of Directors of OGK-1. The members of the new Board of Directors were elected by the shareholders at the annual meeting held on June 26, 2009.

The following persons are the members of the newly elected Board of Directors: Boris Kovalchuk, Vice Director General for Organization Development of the State Corporation for Atomic Energy Rosatom, Mikhail Tuzov and Andrey Demin, Vice-Presidents of JSC FGC UES, Yuriy Goncharov, Head of the Corporate Management Department of JSC FGC UES, Anatoliy Ballo, Vice-president of GK Vnesheconombank, Nikolay Shulginov, First Deputy President of JSC SO UES, Sergey Yushin, Member of Administration, Executive Director for Economics and Finance of JSC RusHydro, Sergey Terebulin, Head of the Corporate Finance Department of JSC RusHydro, Yuliya Smirnova, Head of the Corporate Management Department of JSC RusHydro, and Dmitriy Shtykov, Director General of the Fund Institute of Professional Directors.
