OREANDA-NEWS. July 14, 2009. The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) initiated a case against "Angstrem" OJSC (of Zelenograd) and "Smartronics projects PTE LTD" (Singapore) for violating Part 1 Article 11 of the Federal Law "On Protection of Competition", reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.

"Angstrem" OJSC and "Smartronics projects PTE LTD" violated the antimonopoly legislation by concluding a contract, which has provisions on preventing sales of К5004ВЕ1-017 microcontrollers to other buyers. It can result in restricting or eliminating competition on the market of К5004ВЕ1-017 microcontrollers, as well as on the market of secure electronic control tape.

Part 1 Article 11 of the Federal Law "On Protection of Competition" prohibits agreements between economic entities or concerted actions between economic entities on the goods if such agreements or concerted actions have resulted or can result in economically or technologically unjustified refusal to conclude contracts with particular buyers (clients) or sellers; dividing the goods market under a geographic principles, the volume of sales or purchases of goods, the range ofd distributed goods or a category of buyers (clients) or sellers; creating obstacles to other economic entities for entry to or exit from the goods market.
