OREANDA-NEWS. July 15, 2009. Eurasian Bank (Almaty), a company listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with a press release, reported the press-centre of KASE:

Almaty city Almaly regional court No. 2 suspended action of Order No. 206 of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations (AFS) dated July 3, 09.

The Order sidelined from duties Chairman of Board of Eurasian Bank Zhomart Ertaev and his deputy Alexey Ageev.

The court issued a ruling while preparing the case on claim of Ertaev and Ageev to AFS.

"Taking into consideration the circumstances of the case, the court deems necessary to satisfy an appeal of claimants and suspend action of Order No. 206 of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations dated July 3, 09 (...) before consideration of the case", - the ruling said.
