OREANDA-NEWS. July 14, 2009. Trust Bank private open joint-stock exchange bank held a general shareholders meeting to discuss 2008 results and main directions of 2009 activities.

Shareholders also approve distribution of income for 2008 and adopted decision to increase charter capital to 10.3 billion soums. The bank will issue 4 million ordinary shares to raise charter capital.

The bank approved auditor organizations to carry out audit of the Bank in 2008 and internal documents.
