OREANDA-NEWS. On September 1, 2009 the My Bank internet banking system is going to stop its operation. In this respect we would like to kindly ask the customers of the My Bank system to get connected to BTA Bank’s updated system for distance service of individuals called Bank Online, which has substantial functional advantages as compared to the My Bank internet banking system, reported the press-centre of BTA Bank.

Customers may get connected to the basic and full access of the Bank Online system.

The basic access incorporates the following functions:

Viewing balances on accounts

Account statements

Paying services via the Rapida payment system without commissions (utility bills, mobile communication, Internet, satellite TV)

Intrabank transfers (from the current account to the bank card account, from card to card and from current account to current account)

Users of the basic access of the Bank Online system execute their transactions by using the alternate codes card. The card contains 96 codes. Its price is 30 rubles. The fist card is given to the customer free of charge.

The full access of the Bank Online system, in addition to the above functions, includes conversion of currencies (rubles, US dollars and euros), external transfers (in rubles) as well as the possibility to get connected to internet trading free of charge and effect deals at MICEX and RTS exchanges. In August, 2009 customers, who have full access to the Bank Online system, are going to be able to manage their deposit accounts and make transfers to accounts of other banks in foreign currency. Connection to the full access of the Bank Online system costs 500 rubles. This is a one-time payment. After the payment is made the customer will use the system free of charge during the whole term of service. At the present time to be able to get services of the Bank Online system one should install on his/her computer special software, which is given to the customer at an office of BTA Bank together with the signing of his/her application for connection to the internet banking.

In the near future the Bank intends to make the whole range of transactions of the full access of the Bank Online system be operational with the alternate codes card.
