OREANDA-NEWS. On 14 July 2009 was announced, that according to operational data, the volume of transportation of oil through the system of main oil pipelines of JSC "KazTransOil " for the 1-st quarter 2009 made 12 million 075 thou. tons. In comparison with the similar period in 2008, the volume of transportation of oil has grown for 502 thou. tons (the fact for the 1st quarter of 2008 made 11 million 573 thou.tons.).

In March of the current year, the record volume of oil – 1 million 522 thou.tons , was pumped through the site of “Atyrau-Samara” of the Uzen-Atyrau-Samara" main oil pipeline. Totally for 1st quarter of 2009, the volume of oil pumped though the given site made 4 million 297 thou.tons. In comparison with the similar period in 2008, the volume of transportation of oil has grown for 297 thousand tons (the fact for 1st quarter of 2008 made 4 million tons of oil).

Upon results of 1st quarter of 2009, over 1 million 455 thousand tons of oil was pumped through the “Atasu-Alashankou” oil pipeline. In comparison with the similar period in 2008, the volume of oil transportation increased for 148 thousand tons (the fact for the 1st quarter of 2008 made 1 million 306 thou. tons).

Transit of the Russian oil through the site of the “ТОN-2” oil pipeline, located on territory of Republic Kazakhstan, upon results of the 1st quarter of 2009 made 1 million 188 thousand tons, which is above the similar period in 2008 for 159 thousand tons of oil (the fact for the 1st quarter of 2008 made 1 million 029 thou. tons of oil).

In addition, record figures have been reached at unloading from railway tanks at GOPS Aktau. According to preliminary results of March 2009, unloading of railway tanks at GOPS Aktau made 525 thousand tons of oil. According to results of the 1st quarter of 2009, the volume of unloading of oil at GOPS Aktau made 1 million 425 thou.tons. In comparison with the similar period in 2008, the volume of unloading increased for 412 thou.tons of oil (the fact for the 1st quarter of 2008 made 1 million 013 thousand tons of oil).

According to operational data, the volume oil loading to tankers at the port of Aktau with utilization of capacities of JSC "KazTransOil " for the 1st quarter of 2009 made 2 million 350 thou.tons, which is above the similar period in 2008 for 514 thou. tons.
