OREANDA-NEWS. On 14 July 2009 was announced, that the Board of Rytu Skirstomieji Tinklai AB (RST), taking account of the comments included in letter No 06-837-(11.03.-02) of 17 June 2009 of the Securities Commission of the Republic of Lithuania with regard to the consolidated annual report 2008 of the RST group, approved corrections and amendments to the consolidated annual report 2008 of the RST group. These corrections and amendments to the annual report have not been reviewed by the auditors of RST.

Pursuant to paragraph 22.3 of the Articles of Association of RST, the Board also decided to include the issue on the approval of the modifications and amendments to the consolidated annual report 2008 of the RST group into the agenda of the next general meeting of shareholders.
