OREANDA-NEWS. July 10, 2009. Agrarian credit corporation (Astana, hereafter – the company), bonds of which are listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with an extract from the shares register as on July 1, 2009, reported the press-centre of KASE.

The registrar of the company is Registratorskaya sistema tsennykh bumag (Almaty).

According to the extract:

- the total of authorized shares (common stock only KZ1C45210016) is 36,649,371;

- all authorized shares were offered;

- the only person holding five or more percent of outstanding shares is National holding KazAgro (Astana), owning all outstanding shares of the company.
