OREANDA-NEWS. July 13, 2009. Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic informs that the Central Asia Regional Economic Cooperation  Business Development Forum "Rebuilding the Silk Road with Public Private Partnership", organized by the Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Finance of the People’s Republic of China, the Government of Xingjian Uighur Autonomous Region and the Asian Development Bank, together with All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce and other international organizations will take place on 31 August - 1 September, 2009 in Urumqi, Xinjiang UAR, People's Republic of China, reported the press-centre of IBC.

The purpose of this forum is to support private sector participation in regional initiatives, to encourage direct investment in priority infrastructure projects and promote interaction between public and private sectors in the CAREC countries.

Based on the foregoing, the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic invites businessmen to participate in this forum, together with the Government delegation of the Kyrgyz Republic. For participants from the private sector who will make presentations on specific investment opportunities in the plenary session during the forum, the ADB offers accommodation in a hotel in Urumqi to three (3) participants from the private sector for three (3) days.
