OREANDA-NEWS. July 13, 2009. This real estate insurance contract has been concluded under the Citadel program for one year, providing coverage of the townhouse’s structural elements and internal furnishing, as well as movable property kept therein, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

The extended coverage issued for the townhouse provides protection against the following risks: fire; lightning stroke; explosion; aircraft impact; rescue-related expenses; unlawful third-party actions; burglary, robbery and brigandage; natural disasters; collision with vehicles; broken glass; damage by heterogeneous objects; flood (including the same due to malfunctioning washing machines and dishwashers) due to breakdown in the aquarium sustenance systems, due to decapsulation of the aquarium walls; due to breakdown in the water supply, sewage, heating systems outside the insured area, due to freezing of the liquid in the water supply, sewage, heating, firefighting, air conditioning systems as a result of discontinued supply of electricity, central heating or gas due to any breakdown outside the insured building); voltage swing; cleaning-up expenses of up to 10% of the amount of damage; costs of relocation and protection of up to 10% of the amount of damage; costs of early return, costs of renting another residential premise for the duration of repairs, accounting for up to 5% of the insurance amount; costs of replacement of door locks.
