On 13 July 2009 was announced, that Kartsev Alexander Alexandrovich - General Director of OPIN Development LLC, was reelected as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Joint Stock Company Open Investments (JSC “OPIN” or the “Company”). The decision was unanimously approved by the Board of Directors on the meeting July 10, 2009.

On the meeting were also elected Audit Committee of Board of Directors, Secretary of the Company and the person, acting as a Chairman of the Board of Directors in his absence.
