OREANDA-NEWS. On July 08, 2009 Supervisory Board of the Bank Ipak Yuli announced the results of general annual shareholders meeting dedicated to the 2008 results.

The meeting considered activity of the bank in 2008 and main directions for the bank's activity in 2009.

The shareholders considered and approve reports of the council and the board, revision commission, auditor's report, accounting balance, etc.

The bank shareholders adopted decision to increase charter capital of the bank to 23 billion soums. The shareholders decided to pay dividend for 19 soums per share. Overall, 3.04 billion soums were directed to dividends.
