OREANDA-NEWS. July 09, 2009. At Freight One’s annual shareholders meeting, a decision was made to pay dividends for the 4th quarter of 2008 in the amount of 0.0007095 rubles per ordinary share in the company in monetary form no later than 60 days after the day on which the decision was made.

The shareholders elected a new lineup of the Board of Directors of JSC Freight One, consisting of Ilya Ryashchin (chairman of the Board of Directors), Maxim Liksutov (independent director), Salman Babayev (member of the Board of Directors) Grigori Berezkin (independent director), Valeri Veremeyev (member of the Board of Directors), Alexei Illarionov (member of the Board of Directors), Andrei Krapivin (independent director), Alexei Mironov (member of the Board of Directors) and Yelena Kunayeva (member of the Board of Directors).

Also elected was the audit commission of JSC Freight One, consisting of Sergei Andreykin, Oleg Ivanov and Sergei Milokhin.

CJSC Yunikon Company (Moscow) was approved as the auditor of JSC Freight One for 2009.
