OREANDA-NEWS. On 09 July 2009 was announced, that TMM Company had early redeemed a part of its D-series bonds worth UAH 30 million. In October 2008 UAH 0.6-million-worth amount was redeemed.

As reported earlier, in October, 2007 TMM Company attracted UAH 180.6 million in the course of private bond issuing and directed the funds to the construction of its projects. The maturity period is 24 months with the annual offer and possible early redemption in 12 months. The initial bond yield of 13% per annum was later increased to 16.5%. The coupon payments are made quarterly. Par value of 1 bond is UAH 1000. Concorde Capital arranged the bond issuing. PJSC 'MFS' acted as a depositary.
