The board of directors was elected at the meeting consisting of Mary Laschinger, Franz Marx, Michael J Lutz, Dwight van Invegen and Eric Chartraine, while Galina Romanova, Tatiana Radovskaya and Natalia Belskaya will comprise the audit committee.

Deloitte and Touche CIS CJSC became the audition company.

The board of directors of the company also approved a USD 300 million distribution agreement No. 540062 as of October 01, 2004 with International Paper Nordic Sales Company Oy with regard to amendments made in the Addendum No. 3 as of April 16, 2009.
