OREANDA-NEWS. July 8, 2009. “Garadagh Cement” OJSC held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. The Meeting took place at “Eliza” Hall of Baku Entertainment Center,1130/33 Fazail Bayramov street. The Company has four juridical persons and 902 physical persons.

The Juridical persons are: Holcim Ltd – 66,0031% of Charter Capital, HAB – 3,6133% of Charter Capital, Azerbaijan Investment Company – 10% of Charter Capital, European Bank of Reconstruction and  Development – 10% of Charter Capital,Azer Invest Company Ltd – 0,0058% of Charter Capital ,Physical persons – 10,3778% of Charter Capital.The juridical persons were represented by the authorized representative by the corresponding Power of Attorneys.During the meeting were discussed current situation on the market  and also  prospects for the future.
